- Fire, lightning, explosion, earthquake
- Storm or Flood
- Freezing of fixed water or heating systems. Water escaping from fixed water or heating systems, washing machines or dishwashers. Oil escaping from a fixed heating system
- Riot, civil commotion, strike, labour or political disturbance
- Malicious persons or vandals
- Theft or attempted theft
- Subsidence of the land on which the holiday caravan stands happening during the insurance period
- Falling trees or branches
- Falling television or radio aerials, aerial fittings or masts
- Collision involving aircraft or aerial devices or anything dropped from them, vehicles or animals
- Loss or damage to freezer food caused by a rise or fall in temperature. By freezer food we mean food contained in a domestic deep freeze cabinet
- Accidental damage caused to the underground water, gas, sewer and drainpipes and underground electricity and telephone cables within your plot boundary connected to the public mains for which you are responsible
